We offer a 14 day return and exchange policy, this starts from the date you receive your order. Unfortunately, due to hygiene purposes we cannot accept returns or refunds Jewellery. However, if you feel your item is faulty then please get in touch. We do ask for all returns to be sent via recorded delivery to ensure all items are tracked. Gypsy Spirit can’t be held accountable for any returning items lost in the post.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?
We aim to process your return ASAP, but on occasions it may take up to 10 working days. If you would like to get in contact with us to see what stage your refund/exchange is at, then please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and proof of postage.
If you would like to return your items and have a refund, we will refund you the full amount minus your initial postage cost. We have to do this as it’s a cost we have already incurred. We hope you understand.
